Revisions to the Separate Collection of Waste Materials for Recycling: A Code of Practice for Wales - due 22 October. Proposals for revisions to the ‘Separate Collection of Waste Materials for Recycling – A Code of Practice for Wales’ in light of planned amendments to the Waste Separation Requirements (Wales) Regulations 2023.

Seventh Carbon Budget - Call for Evidence - due 4 November. The Climate Change Committee (CCC) has recently published its advice on the level of the Seventh Carbon Budget (CB7), which will cover the period 2038–2042.

Delivering a Deposit Return Scheme for drinks containers in Wales - due 10 November. This consultation is seeking views on a Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) that supports the transition to reusable drink containers.
